Richard Jennings
A fifth generation builder with a BS in Civil Engineering from NC State University and a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Georgia Tech, Richard has spent his 15-year career building commercial and residential structures in the southeast. With the unique combination of formal education and hands on experience, Richard has an Unlimited NC General Contractors License and has been building ultra-custom homes in the Cashiers, NC area since 2012.
He calls Lonesome Valley home with his wife Sarah, two young boys and two labradoodles.
